Our ideal candidate is extremely Innovative, Creative, and a Design Thinker and with Application Skills, with proven experience and an established portfolio.
He/She creates innovative and improved interior concepts & Products along with internal products to be used by the employees and helps in creating highly detailed training documents for the design and relevant teams. He/she is a problem-solver and communicates possible solutions to improve the design process and assist the Sales & Marketing team.
He/She must work with a wide range of staff members to discuss improvements and ways to implement changes. To ensure the quality of our design service & installation are error-free.
As part of the Bonito’s Innovation Lab, you’ll enable our internal & external customers to easily navigate through our innovative products in a delightful manner.
Requirements for the Role:
• Responsible for finding and developing new products which will be integrated to our system to be used by designers in real-time projects.
• Develop concepts for sales promotions (Aggregate & BADP business models).
• Preparing Training documents and training the design team on the same.
• Responsible for organizing Workshops/training for employees to improve their knowledge base along the process.
• Discover Events - To participate and do discover events for branding.
Must Have Skills:

Eligibility criteria:
Graduation/ Masters in Furniture Design/ Product Design/ Interior design/ Architecture
Minimum 2- years of relevant experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Team management skills
Excellent project management skills
