Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
• Execute on all aspects of the apparel and accessory creating process. Inspiration > Creation > Tech > BOM> Comment
• Execute, build, and maintain Cut and Sew Tech Packs across multiple categories
• Collaborate with Senior Designer/Director on seasonal fabrics, yarns, and color direction, working with product development on research and development of qualities
• Contribute to overall design intent and art direction for the seasonal ranges
• Work with product team to ensure regional alignment across categories, while capitalizing on key market trends to identify new / brand right opportunities.
• Design and create yardage prints, graphics and art for the SDR men’s apparel and accessory lines
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product
• Liaise closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market and price points
• Manage time and action calendar for assigned categories to meet all deadlines
• Attend trade shows and manufacturers to source, select and buy fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Education, Work Experience And Professional Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in fashion design, textile & apparel design, technical design or related field
• 8+ years of experience as an apparel designer
• Strong portfolio of high-level produced work
• Experience in Golf industry strongly preferred
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentations skills
• Ability to create and implement brand right / consumer relevant prints, color stories and apparel
• Ability to identify key marketplace trends and opportunities that are consistent with brand values and design aesthetic
• Knowledge of product development process / calendar / timelines
• Team player with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Proactive with a solution / results mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong follow through skills
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
• Working knowledge of corporate software including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Must be knowledgeable in Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity w/ PLM
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
• Normal office conditions
• Ability to work extended hours as necessary to communicate with global vendors and meet deadlines
• Occasional domestic and international travel required
• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $+5,000 - $110,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.

Our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office is looking for a Civil Operator or Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our Electrical team!
Responsibilities
• Implement and manage drafting and plan preparation standards
• Develop technical drawings and plans
