- Collaborate with business development teams to understand product requirements.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to test structural functionality, aesthetics, and practicality of packaging.
- Present ideas and design solutions to customers and incorporate feedback.
- Stay updated with packaging material trends and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Design.
- 2-3 years of experience as a packaging designer.
- Proficiency in any one design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion).
- Knowledge of corrugation/packaging is a plus.
- Ability to communicate and to work under pressure.
- Experience with FEA and simulation is a plus.,
