The Role
This role is focused on collaborating with the local third and public sector to engage with local people and create positive change.
Listening to local people's needs (gathering insights)
Building a vision for a 'better way of doing things' (planning to drive change)
Supporting clients and the wider team to implement changes (executing plans)
Each day, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering Capacity's current and future projects, managing expectations, excitement, and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Your tasks will vary greatly, from developing recruitment strategies for social workers to designing services for family early help or strategy planning for primary care teams.
You will be proactive in delivering on promises to clients and local people while staying prepared to adapt to unexpected tasks that may arise.
The ideal candidate will be a great writer and listener, able to manage diverse workloads, set priorities, and use initiative to drive results. They will have experience working with various stakeholders, developing strong relationships, and applying service design and/or organisational development approaches to meet client needs.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
