• Guide and inform website design and UX
• Conceptualize and define a design experience that supports customer needs and customer requirements.
• Help build a strong social media presence for Home.LLC
• Implement an end-to-end Go-to-market strategy involving lead generation and nurturing (database update, drip email campaigns, customer outreach, etc.)
• Spearhead social media ideation and execution.
• Participate and engage in various online groups and forums to promote the company's offerings
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Verify and improve on designs through reviews, validations and usability testing with end users.
• Sort and archive all data related to user survey and marketing campaigns
• Effectively manage and balance design production and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Edit video reels created by the internal team
• Crop marketable snippets from long videos with investors & create reels using them
• Publish and market short videos on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Understand basics of US real estate and investing
• Edit and publish podcasts from investor interviews
• Caption all videos before publishing
• Market Home.LLC’s YouTube page
Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, active listening
• Being able to innovate and help in ideation
• Exhibit a wild creative mind and attention to detail with good aesthetic sense.
• Adaptability and accountability
• Proficient expertise in using various design tools such as: Sketch, Adobe CC ( Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects ), Invision, Zeplin
• Dedication to deliver on deadlines
• Participate and communicate, collaborate in meetings
• Startup spirit: willingness to learn new languages, frameworks & libraries if and when needed
Must Have Needs:
• Design custom graphics for our website as we launch new content
• Design substacks, brochures, caricatures for investors, etc.
• Design posts for social media incl. videos, gifs, and photos
• Redesign data science visualizations continuously
Good to Have Needs:
• Edit videos that showcase insights to investors (optional: customers)
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Animation effects.
• Be the face of the company in certain videos on tiktok, IG reels, etc.
• Background (Preferable):
Experience in handling social media pages
