Role Summary:
The Designer is responsible for managing all phases of design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring visual excellence and brand alignment across digital and print platforms.
✅ Oversee all design projects, from concept to delivery.
✅ Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
✅ Review junior designers' work for quality assurance.
✅ Refine images, fonts, and layouts using design software.
✅ Maintain brand consistency and creativity across campaigns.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Designer or Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio of completed projects.
Mastery of design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.
Creativity and strong aesthetic judgment.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Time management and organizational skills.
Team collaboration and communication.
