Designer & Merchandiser – Female Yogawear Brand
We are a dynamic, fast-growing female yoga-wear brand looking for a creative and versatile Designer and merchandiser to join our team. This unique role blends design innovation with hands-on production management, making it ideal for someone passionate about fashion, activewear, and the yoga-wear market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design stylish, functional, and trend-driven yoga wear collections for women.
• Research market trends and incorporate them into designs while maintaining brand identity.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility for manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire production cycle—from concept to final product delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Manage product timelines and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Assist in fabric, trim, and material selection for product development.
• Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet brand standards.
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Designer in the fashion or activewear industry (preferably in yoga-wear).
• Strong understanding of the fashion production process, including sourcing materials and managing timelines.
• Knowledge of trends in female activewear and yoga fashion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
