Designer (Part Time)
Location: Nashville, TN or Remote
Salary: $60/hr

About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, Designer to support our product, marketing, and client strategy teams during our busiest season You’ll be our go-to design partner for high-impact projects that need polish and personality. From investor decks to onboarding emails to landing pages for B2B and B2C campaigns, you’ll bring visual consistency and elevate how we show up.
What You’ll Do:
Turn ideas into visuals that resonate. Whether it’s a strategic pitch, a growth campaign, or a partner one-pager, you’ll help us tell our story with clarity and style
Make emails feel less like emails. You’ll design clean, modern layouts that stand out in inboxes and drive action—think welcome flows, campaign sends, and quick experiments that need to look sharp and perform.
Bring polish to our marketing site. We’re constantly refining how we show up on our corporate site—from homepage moments to landing pages. You’ll help us elevate the experience and keep things cohesive.
Occasionally support brand updates, icons, or one-off marketing assets.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of design experience, ideally with B2C and/or B2B SaaS brands.
Strong design fundamentals—layout, typography, color, spacing.
Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint (bonus if you can export clean email-friendly designs).
Comfortable working independently, asking the right questions, and managing feedback async.
Available for ~10 hours/week, with flexibility around weekly flow.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for healthcare or fintech brands.
Light HTML/CSS understanding for email optimization.
Experience aligning with marketing, product, or executive teams.
Contract Details:
$60/hr
10 hours per week that could flex to 20 hours per week
Core hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT
