Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Designer/Proposal Writer with 57 years of experience in the IT services industry. This hybrid role demands strong proposal writing skills, exceptional PowerPoint expertise, an eye for visual storytelling, and understanding of IT technologies, tools, and services. Key Responsibilities
• Draft and design customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, capability decks, and case studies tailored to client needs.
• Create high-impact, visually compelling, and brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and executive pitches.
• Design and refine PowerPoint presentations that align with the agencys brand guidelines and digital design standards.
• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy, precise alignment, and optimal layout in every slide.
• Work with the presales and delivery teams to gather technical content and translate it into clear, persuasive, and visually impactful material.
• Build interactive and data-driven visualizations using Power BI and Tableau for presentations and analytics storytelling.
• Support solution consultants in designing end-to-end client presentation decks, executive summaries, and proposal documents.
• Manage multiple concurrent deliverables under tight timelines with excellent attention to detail.
• Incorporate high-quality infographics, icons, and imagery to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Apply advanced PowerPoint features such as animations, transitions, and interactivity while ensuring smooth functionality.
• Perform quality control on presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy before delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 58 years of experience in proposal writing, presales content creation, and design in the IT services industry.
• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer or similar role, preferably in an engineering, digital design, or technical environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters, advanced formatting, and animation features.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding to maintain visual consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or other design tools.
• Ability to interpret complex technical or design information and present it in a visually engaging and digestible manner.
• Strong attention to detail with an obsession for pixel-perfect execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and ability to visualize technical or business data effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Basic Understanding of IT services and solutions, including but not limited to Digital Transformation, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Web/Mobile Development, AI, and Data Analytics.
• Strong time management, organization, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Good to Have:
• Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, or Notion.
• Knowledge of proposal automation platforms like RFPIO, Loopio, or similar.
• Familiarity with bid management, compliance formats, and submission protocols.
