Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Administrator to provide strategic support and execute infrastructure, security, continuous integration, deployment, and IT operations practices, scaling and metrics, as well as running day-to-day operations of production and development infrastructure for a cloud-based commerce /enterprise platform.

Provide support and guidance to the IT team on infrastructure-related matters.
• knowledge of Windows RDS Server, build and deployment of full desktop and remote applications.
Windows Wintel, AD GPOs, Windows RDS Server, build and deployment of full desktop and remote applications Intune, SCCM, ITIL
• Review the current RDS server setup, design, plan the extension of the current RDS environment, this is to include the migration of the remaining user base to RDS which will enable agile working across the London office.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform, any automation of IaaS and networking is beneficial.
• Knowledge of VMware production environments, creating and deploying virtual machines.
• Ensure all desktops are kept up to date with all necessary software patches and updates
• Assist with any software release deployments within the RDS environment
