• Knowledge on IMAP, POP3 account - Email Configuration, Thunderbird, Outlook Mailing client configuration Knowledge. OS Installation Knowledge - Windows 7/8/10. Active Directory, DNS, Dhcp, group policy,server,o365 Desktop Laptop Hardware troubleshooting knowledge Vendor Coordination for hardware failure. Installation of Standalone Network Printer Scanner Wi-Fi configuration knowledge Basic knowledge on iPad, iPhone MAC book and mail configuration on them Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge

Basic Configuration knowledge on MS Exchange, O365 Messaging, Active
Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc. at Desktop level
Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and other common desktop applications
Networking skills including TCP/IP and the ability to configure
network printers
Awareness of all mainstream mobile technologies (Android, Apple etc.)

configure and troubleshoot operating system issues by analysing System
