Job Description
. Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS and applications3. Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and printer connectivity issues4. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access via Active Directory5. Perform OS installation, patching, and antivirus updates6. Handle new joiner setup and exit formalities (asset recovery, access removal)7. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation8. Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and ensure SLA compliance
