As a DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and well-structured documents and materials. Your attention to detail and expertise in layout design will ensure that our educational content is presented professionally and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create and format various educational materials, including textbooks, worksheets, presentations, and more.
Use desktop publishing software and tools to enhance the visual appeal and readability of documents.
Ensure consistent formatting, font styles, and layout throughout all materials.
Proofread and edit content to ensure it aligns with company standards and guidelines.
Organize and manage files and assets to ensure easy accessibility and version control.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all materials produced.
Requirements:
Proficiency in desktop publishing software (e.g., Corel Draw , mathtype and hindi typing ,english typing etc.).
Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and graphic design principles.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in the education or publishing industry is a plus
