What You’ll Do
Tackle and resolve technical issues for our global team of finance professionals, ensuring seamless and secure operations across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Champion exceptional customer support—you’re the go-to person who makes technology work (and makes people’s day)!
Manage installations, updates, and troubleshooting of business-critical applications, with a special focus on security and compliance.
Deploy and maintain high-performance workstations and monitor endpoints, keeping our financial data (and investments) safe.
Get hands-on with state-of-the-art security tools, cloud platforms, and the latest in fintech hardware and software.
Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and finance teams to drive powerful solutions for a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Be a vital part of key projects as we scale our digital ecosystem—blockchain, data analytics, and crypto technologies are in play!
What We’re Looking For
Enthusiastic problem-solver with 2+ years experience in technical support, preferably in a finance or high-security setting.
Technical proficiency with Windows, and mobile OS; comfort with Active Directory, remote management, and cloud-based tools.
Eager to grow
Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering “wow” user support.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and the mindset of a leader!
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10022
