Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Printer installing.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
· Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems like-
(WinXP/win7/win8,8.1,win10)
· troubleshooting skills in complex software and hardware problems.
· Installing and configuring the peripherals components and All Types Of drivers.
· Assembling & dissembling of All Types Of Desktop , Laptops and maintenance.
· Installing all types of End users software
· Installing all type of antivirus
