Designation: Desktop Support Engineer - L1
Location: Jaipur

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
Roles & Responsibilities:
Desktop OS Support
• Driver & firmware issues.
• OS reinstallation and device configuration.
• User level problems.
• Assistance in hardware troubleshooting.
• Setting up and managing printing locally and on network.
Internet Support
• Configuring Internet Connectivity.
• Interacting with your ISP.
• Configuring Internet access to various users.
• Co-ordination & sorting out Internet access related problems
Email Support
• Configuring Email clients
• Resolving email specific issues queries
• Assisting users on managing mail boxes
Application Support
• Basic support for your Office Applications like word, excel, power-point, etc.
• Re-Installation, Configuring and Troubleshooting of basic office applications.
Anti Virus Support
• Ensuring periodic updates of Virus Definition Files on all systems over the network.
• Implementing critical service patches as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
