Job Description: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Bawal ( Inc. Nippon Bawal Plant , Indokote Plant and New warehouse ) Salary: Up to 2 LPA Approx or below ( depend on candidate knowledge and experience) Experience: Minimum 1 year Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. Perform regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems and software. Respond to tickets and requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows), productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) & CCTV. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
