Responsibilities
Perform installation, configuration, up gradation of all OS and Software
Outlook Mail configuration and troubleshooting. (POP, IMAP and 0365)
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Software, Printers and Imaging devices.
Installation and maintenance of Hardware
Resolving users queries over Phone, mails, helpdesk etc.
Network level problems, Internet connection, troubleshooting in network.
Co-ordinate with various service providers. (Email, Internet, CCTV)
Basic knowledge of Windows server, Anti- Virus and Firewall.
Maintain daily and weekly Backups of servers.
Versatile in end point detection and in prevention tools thwart malicious hacks.
1-3 yrs of Hardware & Networking experience.
Preference to Female candidates ( Women Empowerment)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
