Resident Engineer Desktop Support L1 ( Required 1 - 2 years)
Handle daily technical support activities related to desktop support, Network issue and Window system.
Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) Outlook.
Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/ Laptop able to address the issue.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
Network and connect computers within organization to better communication
Note :- Require an Immediate joiner
