Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician at Rebel Foods located in. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printer issues, and performing computer repairs, Visiting our cloud kitchen & helping them to solve their IT Related Queries.
Locations to be covered: Western Mumbai Suburbs

Must have a 2 wheeler with Driving License & Required Documents.
Qualifications
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Computer Repair knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certification in IT or related field'
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
