Good communications, teamwork Network & standalone printer installation Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills English fluent Customer-oriented attitude Ticketing tool knowledge BSc in Computer Science or relevant field like B.com, BA DNS & DHCP Good knowledge of MS office 2016 & O365 Average knowledge is fine DHCP scopes Experience of using active directory, DNS & DHCP Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ FMS Conduct remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Hands-on experience with Windows 7, 8 & 10 Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, laptops and scanners Coordination with various vendors to get the technical solutions and logged the call in OEM Basic configurations of networks, troubleshooting anti-virus programs Must have knowledge about the remote support application like any desk, team viewer, VNC. Hands on experience of using Ticketing tools like SCCM software or other related software.
