We are hiring for opening for “Desktop Engineer” position based at Mumbai (Bhiwandi).
Role: Desktop Engineer
Location: Bhiwandi
Experience: 0-2 Years
Salary: 14 K
Education: Graduate/Diploma/B.tech/BCA
Duties:
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections
Install and troubleshoot various operating systems available
Install and test desktop software applications
Install and troubleshoot printers
Maintain and troubleshoot mailbox
Research for unknown and unlikely issues before escalating
Take regular backups
Test computers regularly to ensure proper functioning
Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software
Any other issues reported by the users
If the issue is not resolved, forward the query to the relevant team for further action
Interact with users on desktop problems and their resolution.
