This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician based in Jaipur. The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support for desktop computers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform repairs, and support printer-related tasks. The role also involves assisting end-users to resolve technology-related problems and ensuring optimal system performance for daily operations.
Qualifications
• Experience and knowledge in Desktop Computers, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Handle 24*7 environment
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• understanding of network equipment like network printer system router
• Skills in Printer Support and maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning of office equipment
• Hands-on experience in Computer Repair, including diagnosis and resolution of technical faults
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and technical documentation is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are advantageous
