As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Pick a career packed with opportunities at our warehouse in Erith, Kent. We’ve got many shift options available, including four 10-hour shifts, so you can enjoy three days off each week!

Description:
You’ll be loading individual totes into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You’ll also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site, deal with any returns, help with the in-house tote wash machine and sort stock for our shop or the charities we support.
Days Shifts:
06:00 - 17:00
Nights Shifts:
1+:00 - 06:00
Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan time with your family and friends.
Salary: £11.87 up to £18.55 per hour with our premiums and overtime rate
• Starting rate - £11.87 per hour
• Night shift premium (between the hours of midnight and 6am) - plus £2.67 per hour
• Performance based incentives available when targets are met
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
Things to consider:
• We have both ambient and chill (0 to 5℃) sections in our warehouse and you will be expected to work in both.
• Our roles require you to be on your feet and mobile at all times as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights.
• You will be required to handle both meat and ******* products.
• We will provide you with great training and the correct Personal Protective Equipment.
