At Destination Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our finance team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the efficient running of our department, ensuring that all operations align with our corporate strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee the accounts receivable, credit, and bill collection processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
• A university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant in a larger operation
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
