Roles & Responsibilities:
Career Launcher is seeking a talented individual who possesses ability to understand the profile of the prospects and recommend the right course / college / university to drive applications / admissions.
• End to end knowledge of the entire admission process of at least one of the countries
US, Australia, or Canada is a must.
• Advising potential students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for
accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas. - Applying to various
universities/colleges overseas.
• Liaising with students for documentations, payments etc. Handle escalations and ensure client
satisfaction in issue resolution.
• Act as a primary point-of-contact for all destination level queries for CL Study Abroad
centers.
• Ensure process compliance and timely reporting. Maintain up-to-date records of program
