Job Description
Spiffy Mobile Service, operated by the Tom Wood Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detail Specialist to join our growing, technology-driven vehicle service team in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll perform high-quality cleaning, detailing, and decontamination services for vehicles, homes, and office buildings—all while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Write up work orders and maintain accurate documentation
Wash and detail vehicles, ensuring cleanliness inside and out
Perform vehicle, home, and office decontamination cleaning services
Maintain vehicle cleanliness during all service operations
Reset oil lights and update service stickers as needed
Track time, materials, and work performed
Follow all company standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and math skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years of age
Tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
Must speak, read, and write English fluently
Working Conditions
This position involves occasional exposure to hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust, dirt, and exhaust fumes.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
