Job Title- Dev Ops Engineer (Associate)
Location-Pune
Role Description:
The DevOps team within Market Risk manages its portfolio by automating Build and Deployment and hooks automated testing by onboarding SDLC tool set. DevOps team also helps to set the standards across the board and make sure standards are followed by teams globally.
In addition to above, DevOps team is also responsible for deployments in to different environments. We are looking for an DevOps Engineer to join this high profile team to support automation work while we are setting up DevOps team from ground zero in Pune.

Your key responsibilities
Minimum 7 + years of experience in implementing DevOps with below tools
• Excellent hands on experience on automation tools - Jenkins,Docker, Openshift,Kubernetes,GIT, Udeploy, Sonar
• Hands on experience on implementing and configuring plug-in’s to integrate above mentioned tools.
• Hands on Experience on implementing DevOps for heterogenous environments that includes applications using C++, Java, Scala, Python including BigData technologies
• Experience with Build and configuration management having hands on experience with Maven, GIT, html, jsp, css, React and javascript
• Experience working in a Linux environment and open-source libraries
• Strong understanding in Relational database concepts
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Hands on experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous deployments across departments from scratch
• Have experience defining the DevOps strategy and able to measure and track maturity across department
• Agile/lean software development techniques and supporting tools like JIRA
• Deep understanding and involvement of implementing and rolling out automation tools across departments
• Should have system integration experience handling complex product/tool integrations to an existing/new CI/CD pipeline.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining an application architecture on physical/virtual/Cloud.
• Should be able to analyse an as-is/existing system in terms of DevOps and recommend a DevOps solution filling in the gaps as well as business and automation needs - the end goal being increasing speed to market and adding value.
• Automate all areas prone to manual errors while quantifying the need and value of an automation
• Excellent grasp on Technical Architecture and DevOps Concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Your skills and experience
A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant proven work experience that is required for the specific job level.
