About the Role: We are seeking an empathetic, dependable, and experienced Senior Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care and companionship to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Daily Living Support: Assist with laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Personal Care: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding while ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships by engaging in hobbies, conversations, and emotional support.
• Mobility Assistance: Provide help with transfers, physical activities, and movement to promote an active lifestyle.
• Memory Care: Offer specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related conditions.
• Technology Support: Teach and assist seniors in using mobile phones, laptops, or other devices to stay connected.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in caregiving, especially with seniors (preferred).
• Knowledge of personal care routines, mobility assistance, and memory care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and compassionate approach.
• Basic tech knowledge to assist clients with device usage.
• Physical ability to lift or support clients for mobility assistance.
