Qualification: Bachelor’s/equivalent in Engineering.
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Remote
Work Hours: IST (some overlap with EST possible).
• Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles such as user Lifecycle Management (LCM), Entitlement Management, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and Access Certification.
• Experience integrating Saviynt Security Manager with other Target / Client applications using REST API, LDAP, Database, etc. connectors
• Proficiency in JAVA and SQL
• 2+ years of experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment preferably in any Identity Management and Governance products. Experience with ticketing system; Service Desk, Remedy, etc.
• Experience with documentation of policies and procedures
• Ability to dissect requirements into usable test cases and a test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and should have ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude, with Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
• Implement and manage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change and
• Problem management processes for the service area.
• Responsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Work closely with business teams for activities related IAM Professional services
