What are my Job Responsibilities?
• You should have 3-6 years of experience in IBM CLM Toolset, with strong knowledge of Customization and Configurations.
• You should have experience with at least two full life-cycle implementations of CLM solutions, working in a similar role, as part of a team to configure and customization CLM platform.
• You should have experience to provide Operation Support (L1 and L2) to Business users and clients.
• You should Experience with developing tools for IBM Rational Team Concert.
• You have to Analyze requirements and developing overall concept and design objectives.
• You should be able to Create software in a variety of programming languages for a variety of IT software applications and must have experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
• You should Implement software development workflows, develop templates and artifacts in Rational Doors Next Generation (RDNG), build custom automation plugins, reports, and dashboard widgets using RTC tools and software development kits by analyzing the needs and the environment to make sure the solution considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

What makes you Eligible for this Role?
• You should have Knowledge of the software development life cycle, test driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• You should have Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
• You should have Experience working on BIRT or any Reporting Tool for document generation.

Technical Skills Required For This Role.
• Core JAVA, JavaScript, Hibernate, Spring, Dojo Toolkit.
• XML, REST, OSLC, Rational Team Concert/ Rational CLM solution.
• Eclipse RCP Plugin Development, Any one database knowledge.
• Open source, Web Technologies.
