Job Description

Position – Highjump WMS Developer

Location – Chennai/Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product team to define implementation plans based on best practices

for HighJump software architecture

• Experience on TMS

• 3PL Experience

• ETL – SSIS

• Experience on different versions of Highjump – Warehouse Advantage, Highjump Now,

Highjump One, Highjump Edge

• Experience on Highjump 13

• Configure HighJump WMS to achieve business needs

• Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures

• Evaluate and ensure that application and processes are positioned for scalability

• Validate processes meet process design requests

• Develop testing approach for bug-free deployments of new features

• Build reports and dashboards via HighJump Pulse

• Document technical decisions and business processes

• Debug and troubleshoot existing HighJump configuration

• Provide support to end users when they encounter system issues

• Escalate issues to HighJump support as needed

• Act as point of contact for all training and support for new site preparation, personnel,

equipment and future modifications to WMS.

• Continuously develop and train the operations team on best practices and standard

operating procedures.

• Communicate and train on all systems and processes changes.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to all system releases to ensure successful

deployments.
