3+ years of in a hands-on technical position on the Salesforce.com platform · Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud · Current Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Experience / Service Cloud) · Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery · Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
