As a Developer, you will help our clients solve challenging issues. The work is fast paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. In this role, you will help install, design, develop, test, and drive adoption of software solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Life Science, Consumer Packaged Goods, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Energy.
Main responsibilities include:
• Perform basic to intermediate system configuration and customization
• Development of software extensions and integrations using specific API's
• Ensure quality of code by performing unit testing and code reviews
• Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
• Perform intermediate installations of tools to support development
• Performs intermediate system administrative functions
• Perform Data Migration (Data Analysis, Manipulation and Migration using an ETL process)
• Assist in the data model and the mapping definition
• Effective status reporting within their teams and with the clients
• Work with multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams
Requirements & Skills:
• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or related
• 2 - 3 years of experience developing in Java, C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL languages, or related
• Excellent understanding of Windchill PLM solutions like PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and other modules with 1 to 2 years of experience
• Good experience and understanding of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Web Services, Spring and Hibernate
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS
• Experience in developing and debugging with IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans
• Must have some experience with Windchill Bulk Migration projects execution with at least 1 end to end project
• Good to have experience with WBMFF framework and MCAD Data Migration, ECAD Data Migration for CATIA or UG NX, Auto CAD
• Must have good Database skills – SQL/PLSQL on Oracle / MS SQL
• Should have understanding of ETL process
• Experience with code management and DevOps tools like SVN, JIRA or equivalent
• Experience working with different platforms such as Windows and Linux
• Understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions; attention to detail
• Understanding of PLM, IoT, and/or manufacturing practices, our client's business, and industry knowledge
• Ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Versatility, flexibility, and proactivity when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
• Effective Interpersonal, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and managers
• Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
