What We Are Looking For:
A talented Developer Experience Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers to streamline and improve their daily workflows, ensuring they can ship high-quality code faster and more efficiently. This role is key to ensuring that our engineering teams have the tools, automation, and systems they need to innovate with confidence and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
• CI/CD Excellence: Lead the creation, management, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins, to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
• Kubernetes Operations: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in a production environment, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.
• Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Work with AWS or Azure to automate infrastructure management using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Developer Tools: Build and improve developer platforms, automation, and self-service tools that empower engineers to work more efficiently and productively.
• GitOps Integration: Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux, automating deployments, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand their challenges, simplify workflows, and deliver tools that make their jobs easier.
Qualifications:
• Proven CI/CD experience: You’ve set up and managed complex CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins, optimizing them for performance and reliability.
• Expertise in Kubernetes: You’ve worked hands-on with Kubernetes in production environments, managing clusters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they scale effectively.
• Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: Deep experience with AWS or Azure, and expertise in using Terraform to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Automation Skills: Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate processes and improve developer workflows.
• GitOps Proficiency: You’ve implemented GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux and integrated them into existing systems for smooth, automated deployments.
• Strong Collaboration Skills: You’ve worked alongside development teams, understand their needs, and have built tools and solutions that solve real-world problems for engineer
