Job Description:
Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative UI solutions for the product and websites.
Create and Maintain HTML / CSS wireframes / mockups, websites, web assets, sitemaps.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness on web sites andweb applications.
Create and Maintain WordPress Websites, Plug-Ins and Themes using the latestdevelopment and deployment methodologies.
Create and maintain high-performance websites with SEO and SEM integrations andmanaging all technical aspects of the CMS
On time delivery – Ensuring the project is delivered on time through continualimprovement.
Quality Benchmark – Ensure that the project is delivered with the best quality and withminimal bugs.
Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and teammembers.
Process Compliance / Adherence to style standards on fonts, colors, images, design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Qualifications, experience, and educational requirements:
8-10 years of experience working as Full Stack Developer developing complex wordpress websites.
Must have 8-10 years of experience OR Advance level knowledge of using WordPress,PHP, HTML5, CSS3 , JavaScript , Bootstrap , jQuery
Must have 5-10 years of experience OR Advance level knowledge of NoSQL databaselike MongoDB and structured database like MySQL.
Strong understanding of OOPS programming, Design Patterns etc
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices using Agile /SCRUM.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN , Team Foundationetc. Should have basic knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in other open-source technologies / tools / languages will be an advantage. Proprietary and Confidential Information of CIPL 3 of 3
Must be able to understand requirements and develop efficient code and unit testing dependently as well as work jointly with the team.
Must be passionate to self-learn, un-learn and re-learn new concepts / technologies andbring innovation / ideas forward
Must have ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
Must have ability to self-manage, plan and execute tasks with minimum supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
