Role Proficiency:

Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code; testing and documenting applications

Outcomes
• Understand the applications features and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
• Code debug test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
• Develop optimized code with appropriate approach and algorithms following standards and security guidelines independently
• Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Mentor Developer I – Software Engineering to become more effective in their role
• Learn technology business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account
• Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

webMethods Support & Maintenance 3-5 years experience with webMethods Integration products is must – v10.x Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Administration experience on 10x webMethods components – Integration Server, MWS, Broker, Adapters (SAP, JDBC), BPMS Deployment of webMethods code components Maintaining the health of the webMethods environment Setting up configurations/settings of webMethods components, ACL, LDAP Establish secured connectivity with endpoints using SSL Utilities/frameworks to automate/simplify existing functionality and environment checks/activities Must have good coding and troubleshooting skills- Hands –on in UNIX shell scripting & SQL DB commands Good to have skills:- Hands –on in Java programming language Working exposure in upgrade related tasks and migration to AWS Cloud Experience: 3-5 yrs Location: Bangalore, INDIA
