We have implemented a CRM (using Salesforce) focusing on Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Generation and Marketing Automation. The new CRM has been created to gain 2 primary benefits: - Allow our teams to spend more time on the core elements of their jobs, e.g., looking after existing customers, testing new ways to attract new customers and less time spent on admin. - Allow our teams, their managers and the company’s senior leadership team to better understand the current status and performance through improved reporting and forecasting. We are now looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team who has a passion for creating innovative solutions on a leading edge CRM platform. Job Title: Developer Job Description: Responsibilities Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code Ensure the best possible quality of the application, focusing on peer-to-peer code reviews and full end to end test executions Translate functional requirements into technical requirements Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of Salesforce projects and initiatives Constantly looking for ways to improve the platform through Salesforce best practice and ongoing feature upgrades Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and integration/middleware tools Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security Understand Salesforce development methods and lead technical projects with the joint efforts of internal and external technical resources. Provide assistance to testers and support other teams in troubleshooting system issues Candidate Profile 3-5 years of Salesforce experience Experience with: Sales Cloud Lightning Force Visual Force APEX (Write and Read) SOAP and REST API Application Integration Salesforce DX Jira/Confluence Salesforce.com Administrator certification is essential Salesforce.com developer certificates are essential Experience within a large, global organization would be advantageous Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications Ability to work on own or part of a team High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness Proven ability to deliver on commitments Location: Bangalore Brand: Bcoe Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Can’t find a suitable job?
