Technology Expertise
• Deep domain and solutioning background with ability to take charge of detailed architecture designs in either or combination of the following planning areas
• FP&A – Driver based Planning Budgeting & Forecasting, Long Range Planning, ZBB, Cost Allocations, Consolidations, Capex Planning
• Supply Chain – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, S&OP
• Sales & Marketing – Trade Promotions, Sales forecasting, Territory & Quota, Incentive & Compensation, Trade Marketing & Distribution
• HR – Workforce Planning, Compensation Modelling, Workforce Scheduling and Optimization
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering planning solutions for international customers on one or more tools, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience
• Should have excellent logical thinking ability and proven experience in translating business requirements to multidimensional model design
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with senior customer business leaders to capture business requirements and validate model design
• Demonstrated thought leadership in producing innovative business solutions and offerings
• Experience in leading delivery of complex global programs with medium sized teams
• Comfortable with data thinking, candidate should have an analytical bent of mind, and ability to appreciate the various applications of analytics for solving business problems
• Expertise in the following
• Multi-dimensional model design in Anaplan
• Using Optimizer for problem solving
• UX design using Anaplan NUX
• Two or more Anaplan integration methods – Anaplan Connect, REST API, Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.
• Awareness and understanding of the following:
• Agile Methodologies
• Analytics and AI/ML techniques
• Data Management methods
• Business Intelligence and Reporting
