Job Description
Design and implement metrics frameworks using JIRA, Blue Optima, Git data, and more.
Analyse engineering workflows to identify blockers, inefficiencies, and high-impact opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to deliver insights and drive behavioural change.
Make actionable recommendations to improve time-to-value, flow efficiency, and reduce engineering drag.
Develop and contribute to internal GenAI tools that help managers identify and address productivity bottlenecks.
Support reporting to senior leadership on developer productivity, workforce transformation, and team effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Python and modern data tooling (e.g., Pandas, SQL, Streamlit).
Familiarity with Snowflake, including SQL querying and schema design.
Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret messy operational data and translate it into meaningful insight.
Experience working with or analysing JIRA, GitHub, or similar systems to measure developer productivity.
Comfortable exploring ambiguous organisational problems and driving data-led solutions.
Excellent communication skills — able to speak the language of engineers, analysts, and leadership alike.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with productivity measurement tools like Blue Optima, DORA metrics, or SPACE framework.
Experience working on engineering operations, transformation, or DevEx initiatives.
Exposure to AI/LLM tooling (e.g., prompt design, generative analytics in Snowflake Cortex or similar).
