THE ROLE
Developer - Retail Banking
OPPORTUNITIES
• You will Participate in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (e.g., development, testing, automation, workarounds, or changes in processes). Ensure any deliverables are tested properly with right quality.
• Analyse client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s) and produce necessary documentation for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively in the process till the development promotes in UTP.
• Participate in Solution design with development to ensure the requirements are covered in Test Pan. Ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage
• Act in a one engineering model; configuring and managing workshops and, where appropriate, acting in a product owner capacity.
• Lead and give guidance to help key stakeholders understand the impacts of changes through extensive and co-ordinated discovery analysis.
• Derive and define high level Test Plans, map out appropriate epics and user stories to support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process.
Skills
• 6+ years of exp in Retail Banking Product Development/Implementation with hands on in Implementation knowledge in Core Java/C/C++ or any equivalent programming knowledge.
• Understand Retail Banking domain and has experience of working Loans, Deposits, Account products
• Temenos or any Banking product knowledge is an added advantage
• Interest in shifting to new programming language
• Deep understanding of the servicing requirements within the Retail module.
• Demonstrable experience of creating innovative solutions and efficiencies.
• Experience in Micro-services/#SaaS/BaaS desirable.
• Experience in Rest API
• Experience Agile methodologies.
• Should be aware of Retail Banking lifecycle
