2. Lead or participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture evolution discussions
3. Wok on unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
4. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
5. Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies continuously to maximize development efficiency
