We are hiring a Service Now Developer with BA
Exp: 4 to * years
Notice Period:
Immediate - 15 days

Bangalore, Pune
Mode:
Hybrid - 2 days onsite 3 days remote
Technical BA Roles and responsibilities
Attend 3-in-a box meeting with Architect, understand the demand. Question if there is any gaps technically or business related
Understand the way GRC is built for Abbott client. What views they use over the standard vs client preferred. Understand their process
Once Demands are approved, create stories, update acceptance criteria both positive and negative. (Today only positive is written and resource is lacking SNOW knowledge)
Review the Acceptance criteria with Abbott Business and get it approved
Work closely with developer and complete feasibility. As this BA has development knowledge, he/she can as well help support feasibility analysis
Communicate back to Abbott Business user on Feasibility outcome and tag the story to correct status
Continue to work closely with Abbott Business users, Developers and Architects
Ensure the story backlog is all reviewed and the story is marked to “Ready for Dev” post feasibility. Today more than 50 stories are in Draft/Requirement state which is not what we expect.
