General
Should have the ability to trouble shoot issues and help other developers technically in their day to day work.
Excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
Exposure to Agile Methodologies.
Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.
Development experience writing and debugging J2EE Web applications
Mandatory Skills
Technology
Thorough understanding of Object-oriented analysis, design, and development abilities.
Should have 2-5 years of overall experience working on Java and J2EE technologies.
Should have exposure to UI technologies like JavaScript, Html, Angular/React/JQuery etc
Other Desirable Experience
Agile/ Scrum methodology
Application Servers such as Oracle WebLogic
UNIX operating systems such as Sun Solaris or Linux, Tools & Utilities
XML, EJB, CORBA, JDBC
Micro Focus/Progress Orbix CORBA
Ant, MAVEN, CA Harvest, Git
Sun JAVA Certification
Web Services (SOAP and REST) / SOA
Experience with a relational databases and PL/SQL
Exposure to Spring / Hibernate frameworks.
