Job Description
Possess the ability to demonstrate investigative, analytical and research skills with the ability to diagnose problems and initiate customer focused solutions.
You will have highly developed knowledge of and substantial experience with planning, planning appeals, legislation, regulations, policies, statutory procedures and requirements for land use planning and assessment
Demonstrate professional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus to engage in active listening, communicate persuasively, resolve issues and foster collaboration and cooperation.
As a requirement will be the ability to interpret and apply land development provisions to a compliance framework and knowledge of development assessment, building certification functions and responsibilities under Sustainable Planning Act 200+, the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1++7 and the Building Act 1+75.
Appointment to this position is subject to completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
Appointment to this position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
