About the role
You will be responsible for providing advice to both the public and staff on matters relating to development, building compliance and unauthorised works. Recent Graduates or students undertaking a Building Surveying course are encouraged to apply.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications in Building Surveying or currently enrolled or relevant experience.
Current C Class Driver Licence.
Basic working knowledge of the relevant sections of the Environmental Planning and Assessment act, Regulations, Swimming Pool Act, Protection of the Environment Act and associated Regulations.
Proven ability to write correspondence, reports and submissions including documentation for legal matters.

Salary range:
Up to $90K per annum (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
