About The Role
ACMI is seeking a Development Coordinator to support our development function meet ACMI's fundraising targets. Reporting to the Director of Commercial & Development you will provide a range of administrative coordination for ACMI's philanthropic and corporate partnership activities. This role is full time fixed term until 1+ December 2026.
What You'll Bring To The Role
Experience in office management, administration and providing operational support to a team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly competent computer skills including CRM data management and experience in developing systems and procedures. Tessitura and InDesign experience highly advantageous.
Research and investigation skills with the ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities through effective priority setting, negotiation skills and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
What We Offer
Full time fixed term role until 1+ December 2026. Grade 3.1 with a starting salary of $74,580 plus super.
