Purpose and Objectives
The Global CoE Business Process Operations is a team within the Premium Hub in Cloud Success Services responsible for providing tools and content to support service delivery to our customers. Our team focusses on the development of automated service delivery applications within the Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) which is being built on the latest version of SAP Cloud Platform – Cloud Foundry & is an essential part to deliver the Integrated Enterprise Suite.
What you'll do
Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, automation, quality assurance of specific (complex) product features in a development team.
Strong understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
Experience in agile software development methods such as behavior/ domain driven development
Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori
Expertise in authoring/reviewing design
Expert knowledge of development of full stack cloud native technologies
Knowledge and experience in DevOps methodologies and tools
Expertise in Test Driven development and passionate about unit tests, integration tests, performance tests and test automation
Work with all development process contributors, e.g., Product Managers, Architects, Project Management, Scrum Masters, Developers, User Assistance Developer and DevOps to establish and execute a flawless development process
What you bring
Bachelor’s in computer science engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech, MCA/MTech), or allied branches
Experience in agile development practices (SCRUM) test-driven development as well as domain-driven development is required
Apply Agile Software Engineering principles and DevOps model for continuous delivery
Ability to lead through and create progress when things aren’t clear, or the way forward is not yet well-defined
Building applications on CF, BTP
Frontend expertise in Java script, UI5, Fiori
Expertise in building micro frontend, microservices.
Know-how of Java, Spring boot
Exposure to ODATA, CAP, CDS framework, microservice architecture, multi target application
Expertise on CI/CD tools / Pipelines
Develop concepts for continuous improvements of tools and processes
An eye for non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, availability, cost and operations
Work experience
12+ years of experience in building software products / service
Experience in working in agile environment
Expertise in planning development of cloud native applications
Worked in the global teams with high levels of collaboration
Experience in cloud applications development will be an advantage
Good writing & presentation skills
