Responsibilities
Mikron experts will work closely with you to design an automated assembly system that meets your unique, industry-specific processes, whether for high-volume, medium-volume or lab-scale production
Mikron's standard systems are scalable and customizable to meet your current needs and adapt to future production requirements, without the need for costly and extensive future upgrades
Responsible for the design and implementation of Mikron Corporation Denver (MDE) software systems to interact with custom automation
Key participant in the assembly and debug phases as required to meet the contracted functionality of the customer’s system within budget and schedule constraints
Improve/Develop software tools and processes utilized by the Software/Controls Group to increase productivity and effectiveness
Responsible for teaching and developing colleagues by instructing them in the best practices for applying Mikron procedures, guidelines, and standard practices
Support MDE goals, values, and operating principles
RESTful API, EF Core, Blazor, Bootstrap, Industrial Programming (Ladder Logic)
Realize and test program modules specified in object-oriented language
Propose standard IT solutions that can be applied to majority of the customer projects
Write the documentation and execute the maintenance of realized program modules
Ensure training and technical support of the company’s automation engineers
Understand internal users’ and customers’ requests and help them specify their technical needs
Realize technical FS & SDS (UML) specifications based upon actual processes
Estimate and respect deadlines and costs of the assigned development projects
Demonstrate competency in Controls Engineering requirements
Responsible for the successful design of control systems to meet project budgets and schedules as set forth by the Project Managers
Demonstrate collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with customers, third-party equipment integrators, and parts suppliers
Demonstrate proper application of Mikron standard materials and practices
Support Validation team to create and test validation package per customer’s specifications
Effectively diagram control system communication networks
