Job Description-
Opportunity to become a member of the Griffyn Robotech camera development team. The developer will also perform research and implementation of advanced concepts, technologies, products, processes, and/or methods. Emphasis will be on developing Linux drivers for the camera. Developers will have the opportunity to work with experienced embedded system engineers on bare-metal and emulated platforms Tasks will include developing, testing, and integrating software and firmware for a wide variety of computing platforms and applications
• Knowledge of the Linux Operating System, kernel cross-compilation process, Linux Device Driver Development, and Understanding of Linux device-tree source(.dts) files.
• Knowledge of multi-media drivers such as V4L2.
• Knowledge of interfacing hardware with Linux-based Embedded SOMs (System-on-Module)
• Sound knowledge and experience on OS development and porting of Embedded Linux, Android, RTOS (RTLINUX, VxWorks, Lynx, etc)
• Sound knowledge and experience on Build tools eg YOCTO, Angstrom, Wind River workbench
• BSP and device driver development and customization
